Single Sign-On (SSO) Migration

We are excited to announce that we are transitioning to a Single Sign-On (SSO) in the next few weeks.

Why this change?

  • Improved security (we recently added CAPCHA verifications for authentication). Now, we are adding an option of using your email or mobile number for receiving an authentication code.
  • Access to multiple accounts from the same SSO login (no need to have separate logins)
  • Access to all our applications you have subscribed to from the same login. You will be able to navigate to our multiple applications seamlessly.

What you need to do?

On or after the date we transition our services to SSO, you will be prompted to authenticate your email and register again for SSO login. This is a one-time activity.

IMPORTANT

  • Some customers have mandated phone text (SMS) message-based authentication for SSO transition. If you are one of those customers, email option to receive authentication code will no longer be available after SSO transition.
  • For rest of the customers, email option will be available to receive authentication code.
  • You will continue to use your email as your username.
